To sign up for your Wolves Card you will need to complete a simple application so that we can verify your age and identity.
Note that any checks we carry out DO NOT show on your credit file and have no affect on your credit score either now or in the future.
Your card will be sent with an information pack and everything you need to get started. Please also refer to the Frequently Asked Questions for further assistance. You can, of course, call the customer care line on 0871 971 1900, calls are charged at 10p per minute from a standard BT line (other networks may vary).
